Shipping Options

Standard ground shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and order total. Most orders under $99 ship starting at $12.99, and orders over $99 often ship free. Bikes and e-bikes may cost more to ship due to weight — exact cost is shown at checkout.

Local Delivery is available for the Boise area for all items, including bikes and e-bikes. In-store pickup is available for all items, including bikes and e-bikes.

Orders usually ship within one or two business days of being placed.

Oversized Gear (bicycle trainers, car racks, skis, snowboards): a flat rate $30.00 oversized handling fee applies per item.

We do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.

In-Store Pickup

Most orders will be ready within one business day. Some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations or for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm availability before heading over.

Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
